REFUND POLICY  :       

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy At NimbuMirchi, every garment is a result of deep care, thoughtful design, and meticulous craftsmanship. We work closely with artisans and small production teams to create pieces that are made in limited quantities and often customized by hand. As a conscious, small-scale brand rooted in slow fashion values, we request you to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

We currently follow a strict no return and no exchange policy. Each product goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before it is dispatched. However, if your order reaches you with severe damage or a manufacturing defect clearly attributable to our end, we are more than happy to replace it with a fresh product of the same style and size (subject to availability).

To be eligible for a replacement:

* You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* You will be required to share clear images or video proof of the damage along with your order ID via email or WhatsApp.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
* We will arrange for a return pickup wherever possible, or guide you through a safe return process.

We do not offer:

* Refunds in any form (monetary or store credit).
* Exchange or replacement due to sizing issues (please refer to our size guide or reach out before placing your order).
* Returns or replacements for products purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions — all sale purchases are final.

Alterations:

We offer minor alterations wherever possible. Please note that courier charges for sending the garment back will be borne by the customer.

Sale / Discounted Items:

All items purchased under sales, festive offers, promotional deals, or using a discount code are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement — even in the case of damage or defect. These purchases are final.
